Allison Pregler Bio

Allison Pregler reviews Z-grade films, usually horror and martial arts. Her style is similar the character of The Cinema Snob in that she likes action-oriented films that are dumb. Her first review was at the end of 2009 when she became well-known on their forums. (Under the name of her previous handle Obscurus Lupa) She was then invited to join on the Channel Awesome team. The site remained active until the beginning of 2015 when Obscurus Lupa Presents was transformed into Movie Nights. Two of her podcasts are co-hosted as well as a show that covers Charmed. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme.
