Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a wonderful fiance named JP along with a very unhappy father Henry. A lot of people know me as @annephung on Instagram and I write about my life from upwards to the downwards. In 1990, my family relocated to America. In the age of 1 and 1/4, I joined my parents. As a child, I knew that I could have a shot to have a brighter future, I worked hard to be their proudest and had a clear vision for success. Within my head, I knew what the plan was to live my life. You go to college and then graduate. Be married. Purchase a home. Have kids. It was my idea of what it would take to be successful. But life had other thoughts. The money and the status of my position was not what I wanted to be. I believed that I was wasting my life to earn the opportunity to earn a salary. I had a passion for working out and I enjoyed being social and helping others when I was navigating the new direction in my life. I was drawn to personal training. The year 2014 was the year that I established my company which will mark 7 years since my birthday in 2021. In the field of coaching, there are not many Asian females. As coach, my mission is to inspire people to live a healthier and enjoyable life by establishing viable lifestyles that are suited to each individual's needs and goals. It is my aim to inspire others to pursue their desires and lead the lives they've always wished for. When my business was taking the air I also lost my mom. It was the hardest of everything. The battle she fought for eight years with the disease has ended and she is now in Heaven. She will always be on my mind and in my heart. my mind. The lessons we learn from life are often hidden from us yet they can prove extremely beneficial. My loss has impacted my life in a variety of ways. It is my belief that her passing gave me the opportunity to begin a new chapter. The day she died at Tet/Lunar New Year Day was her opportunity to start a new life. It was a second chance for me to live a full and happy life. When I reach the 30's I am more alive than I ever have. I am able to say that I live my life today and not just surviving as I did in the past. My goal in telling my story is to let you know that, you are not alone. I want you to feel that love is real and that a therapy session can be regular. Your health is truly the most important asset you have. Since death is the only thing we have in life, I hope you enjoy the rest of your days and live with no regrets.
